		<description>So true.  Becoming that &quot;go-to resource&quot; is a must!  We have to be careful we&#039;re not re-hashing info in a generic way.  But when we&#039;re passionate about a topic, it seems next to impossible that we won&#039;t speak in our own words and with our own thoughts and opinions.  Therein lies the secret to becoming a &quot;go-to resource&quot; - passion, first-hand knowledge, research.</description>
