A very interesting and observant post...   Great to see such a visual manifestation of change in business.  I link the re-gendering of business to the essentially democratic and anti-hierarchical nature of the WWW, and the pressing need get real about ecology and sustainability issues.

I&#039;m sure that there might be other factors but both of these cases rely on the ability to connect, collaborate and relate.  All of which are typically &#039;feminine&#039; characteristics and are absolutely necessary as we respond to a new environment.

I&#039;m feeling very male and almost extinct...!
