A very interesting and observant post… Great to see such a visual manifestation of change in business. I link the re-gendering of business to the essentially democratic and anti-hierarchical nature of the WWW, and the pressing need get real about ecology and sustainability issues.

I’m sure that there might be other factors but both of these cases rely on the ability to connect, collaborate and relate. All of which are typically ‘feminine’ characteristics and are absolutely necessary as we respond to a new environment.

I’m feeling very male and almost extinct…!
