		<description>That &quot;speaking in their voice&quot; thing is so simple/obvious, it gets overlooked.  I know that I respond much more when the industry &quot;lingo&quot; is lessened and marketing copy is written in language that sounds like something I might actually say. Leveraging what consumers are saying -- and speaking in their voice -- is such a simple, but underutilized, technique for creating consumer-friendly copy that promotes conversation, engagement and customer loyalty.</description>
